Regretted purchase
If you regret your purchase, either because the product does not meet your expectations, or because you simply bought an item that you do not want, you always have 14 days of full right of return when purchasing from us, provided that the item is returned in unused condition.
Remember to state the sender's address and to frank the return shipment. You pay the return shipping yourself. Please note that you cannot send returned goods per cash on delivery. These will be rejected upon receipt.
When returning or exchanging, you always pay the return shipping costs yourself.

Wrong item
If you receive a wrong item, please return it to us as soon as possible. You can then either choose to have the product exchanged or get the money back. Please state your account number and information about the purchase in the package with the goods you are returning.If we have made a mistake on our part and sent the wrong item, we will cover the shipping.

Complaint
If the product you receive is defective, you are obliged to notify us as soon as possible. You can do this by sending an email to info@agrini.dkor call +45 41177868. If we judge that the item should be returned, you will receive a notification of this. Otherwise, you will receive a new product.
We reserve the right to sell items that are discontinued, out of stock or incorrectly priced.
